Wetter than Water uses a unique blend of moisturizing agents that allow it to penetrate deep into the epidermis almost instantly. As it penetrates deeply, it releases moisturizing and nourishing substances that have plumping, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, and free-radical-scavenging properties.
Active Ingredients
Hydrolyzed Tremella mushroom extract—holds 500 times its own weight in moisture. It forms a natural, flexible moisturizing film on the skin that restores dry skin to its optimal moisture level and makes it more elastic.
Pseudoalteromonas bacterial enzyme extract (Antarctacin)—a peptide harvested in Antarctic waters containing the following amino acid residues: glycine, histidine, and lysine. • Has cryoprotective properties, ensures the stability of lipid and protein membranes susceptible to excessive cold or dryness, and improves skin texture. • Restores and protects the skin by retaining moisture and improving hydration. Promotes the growth and adhesion of fibroblasts for skin regeneration and wound healing. Increases the production of types I and IV collagen.
Allantoin — improves the condition of superficially damaged skin and enhances cell regeneration; soothes irritated skin, reduces redness, and accelerates wound healing.
Tritichinkova Krameria root extract — has astringent properties, reduces inflammation and redness, and prevents the development of infections.
Alfalfa extract — is rich in minerals and trace elements, as well as vitamins A, C, E, F, D, and G, and contains more vitamins than wheat. It also contains essential amino acids: arginine, lysine, threonine, and tryptophan.
Proline is an amino acid that serves as the building block for proteins.
Squalene is as essential for the skin as water is for life. Everyone is born with squalene in their skin—regardless of skin type, age group, or ethnicity. Squalene is the skin’s primary lipid, a natural emollient, a built-in moisturizer, and an antioxidant. It is found in sebum.
