Recommendations for use:
1. Apply the gel to dry, clean skin.
2. Distribute a thin layer on problem areas (thighs, abdomen, buttocks, arms).
3. The product does not need to be washed off.
4. We recommend completing the ritual with Alis moisturizers.
5. After application, wash your hands thoroughly.

For sensitive skin:
1. Before first use, apply a minimum amount of gel to a small area to assess the skin reaction.
2. We recommend mixing the thermogel with Alís moisturizing cream or another cream that you use daily to avoid discomfort.
3. In case of an individual reaction, rinse the gel with cool water and apply a product with panthenol.

Contraindications:
Pregnancy and lactation.
Application to injured and damaged skin, dermatitis and psoriasis.
